Do you have an India plan and an international plan?
Same features everywhere. Indian customers pay in INR via Razorpay (+ 18% GST). International customers pay in USD via Dodo Payments as merchant-of-record — Dodo collects any local taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST equivalents) on our behalf. Pricing shown on this page is dual-currency; use the toggle at the top.
Why isn't there a free plan?
Because free products die when the founder gets a day job. We charge from day one so we can afford a 24-hour support SLA, run a 3-person Pvt Ltd, and still be here in 2030. Artists invited to an agency's roster get free dashboard seats — that stays free forever.
How do AI credits work?
One credit ≈ one AI action: bio-set = 2 credits, enquiry parse = 1, poster = 5, offer-sheet parse = 3. Published cost table. Unused credits roll forward within the plan period. Overage top-ups never expire. Pro, Growth, Scale and Enterprise can bring their own Anthropic/OpenAI key and bypass credits entirely.
What is "bandwidth cache-miss egress"?
Every public page is served through Cloudflare / CloudFront with 1-year cache on media. ~95% of visitor traffic hits cache and costs you nothing against your bandwidth quota. The 5% that reaches our S3 origin (cache miss, new file, first view of a new page) counts. For a typical artist running 10-15 shows/year, 75 GB/mo is comfortable.
What's the m-verified badge?
A blue-tick pill on your public profile. It appears only when we have real identity signals on file (PAN, GST, agency representation, N+ completed shows). You can't self-claim it — it's auto-derived. That's what makes it credible to promoters.
Can I embed the roster on my own site?
Yes, on Agency and above. Paste a single <script> tag on WordPress, Wix, Shopify or any site and your live roster renders in place with category, city and language filters.
How does the OTP eSign work?
Public /sign/{token} link. Signer requests OTP (15-min TTL, rate-limited, hashed at rest). On successful verify we stamp IP + UA + timestamp + hashed OTP proof into an audit trail. Accepted under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Do I need to be GST-registered to use this?
No. Unregistered artists issue plain invoices with the required note. When your turnover crosses the threshold, flip a toggle and the rules engine switches you to tax invoices.
What about folk / classical exemption?
Set art-form class at onboarding. Performances ≤ ₹1.5L for non-brand-ambassador folk/classical artists auto-issue as bill of supply with the exempt reason on-invoice.
How does ticketing work?
MyShowPage doesn't sell tickets. Public events push to SignupDesk (our sister product) — you get a Buy button on your page, UPI checkout, QR entry, settlement readback. SignupDesk has its own pricing; bundle discounts available.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Full CSV + JSON export of clients, events, invoices, media. Your handle ports with you. Old handle 301-redirects for 12 months. No exit fee. Written into our Terms.
Is my client data safe?
India-primary storage (AWS Mumbai region). PII encrypted at rest. Every access logged. DPDP-compliant DPA at signup. Cross-border transfers for EU subjects use SCCs 2021/914.
Cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days — annual plans are non-refundable, monthly plans end at the current month-end. Use the 14-day free trial to confirm fit before you pay.
What payment methods?
India: Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, in INR. International: Dodo Payments — cards in USD. Card data never touches our servers.
What about WhatsApp?
Quotes, invoices, contracts and reminders are delivered by email today (available as PDFs for you to forward on WhatsApp). Native WhatsApp Business Cloud API delivery is on our roadmap and will roll out to all plans with no price change.
